Adjunct Instructor
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Adjunct Instructor (Remote) to provide online instruction and facilitate discussion for professional K-12 art educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit one course for training purposes and instruct one course using the online learning management system
- Instruct assigned courses throughout the year and attend faculty meetings
- Complete annual checkpoint and provide fair assessment and evaluation of student work
Required Qualifications:
- Five or more years of k-12 teaching experience in art education
- Master's degree in art education or related field
- Experience teaching and working with adult learners is preferred
- Terminal degree (PhD, EdD, or MFA) is preferred, but a master's degree will be considered with unique specializations
- Comfortable with online learning platforms and technology
