Adjunct Instructor in Animal Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for Adjunct Instructors in Animal Science, Animal Health, and Behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement in 5-week undergraduate-level courses in Animal Science, Animal Health, Behavior, and related subjects
• Teach courses asynchronously with an average of 20 students per course
• Provide timely feedback, engage in Discussion Board tasks, and be responsive to students

Required Qualifications

• Possess a terminal degree (e.g., PhD, DVM) in animal science, animal behavior, or a related discipline, or a master's degree with significant professional experience
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the institution
