Adjunct Instructor in Environmental Storytelling

Job Summary

A company is looking for Adjunct Instructors in Environmental Storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement in 5-week undergraduate-level courses in Environmental Storytelling and related subjects
• Teach courses asynchronously to an average of 20 students per course
• Provide timely feedback and engage in Discussion Board tasks while being responsive to students

Required Qualifications

• Possess a terminal degree (PhD, MFA) in environmental communication, journalism, storytelling, or a related field, or a master's degree with professional experience
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the institution
• Experience teaching adult learners and/or in an online context is preferred
