Job Summary

To teach Human Resources Management to doctoral students in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program, the part-time Adjunct Instructor in Human Resources will provide an advanced understanding of HR management in global business enterprises through synchronous online classes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online instruction for the course BUS 6033 - Advanced Study of Human Resources in Modern Business Enterprises
• Facilitate discussions and assessments to enhance students' understanding of HR management principles
• Utilize online teaching platforms effectively to support synchronous learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. or terminal degree in Human Resources Management or a related field from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated teaching potential in higher education settings
• Experience with synchronous online teaching and learning platforms
