Adjunct IT Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Lead Instructor to provide quality IT instruction to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach assigned cohorts of students using various academic delivery methodologies
• Facilitate engaging classroom experiences that encourage student retention and certification
• Monitor student progress and provide coaching to support their academic success

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in classroom and online instruction preferred
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications for the courses being taught
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students effectively
