Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Adjunct Neurobiology Instructor to facilitate engagement in online undergraduate courses such as Human A&P for Psychology and Neuroscience of Place, ensuring timely feedback and student responsiveness in a remote teaching environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Facilitate engagement in 5-week online undergraduate courses with an average of 20 students
  • Provide timely feedback and actively participate in Discussion Board tasks
  • Demonstrate commitment to the institution's values, sustainability, and student success
Required qualifications:
  • Terminal degree (PhD) in neurobiology, health psychology, biopsychology, cognitive science, or a related discipline, or a master's degree with relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in personal computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills using e-mail and digital conferencing tools
  • Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the university
