Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Lecturer in Biomedical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach BE 110 as an asynchronous online course, engaging in course design and student assessment
• Direct oversight of student work, grading, and maintaining office hours
• Design and implement course components without the assistance of teaching assistants

Required Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: An earned MS in Biomedical Engineering or similar; PhDs welcome
• At least three years of prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level
• Experience in designing and implementing undergraduate labs is highly desired
• Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom learning environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other STEM faculty on curriculum and assessment
