Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field
• At least 2 years of teaching or professional experience in human services or behavioral science
• Experience in teaching in an asynchronous, fully online environment
• Commitment to ethical practice and cultural humility
• Ability to provide clear, compassionate feedback to students
