Job Summary
To support student learning in a remote environment, the part-time Adjunct Psychology Instructor will deliver course material, manage administrative tasks, and engage in program improvement strategies while adhering to institutional standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivers course content in alignment with the college curriculum and fulfills administrative requirements such as grading and attendance tracking
- Utilizes student achievement data to develop strategies for program improvement and participates in program assessment and evaluation processes
- Engages in student service activities, providing advisement and tutoring to enhance student success
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology or a related field, or a master's degree in another subject area with at least 18 graduate hours in psychology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Required certifications or licenses relevant to the courses taught
- Ability to read, write, and present information effectively in various settings
- Experience in instructional methodologies and student engagement techniques
