Adjunct Science Faculty Member

Job Summary

A company in the Education industry is looking for an Adjunct Faculty, Science.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide a learning environment that supports student success
• Teach synchronous or asynchronous seminars (10 or 6 week units) as assigned by school or program
• Maintain school-determined virtual office hours per week for each class

Required Qualifications:

• MS in science related field with online teaching experience (biological sciences, chemistry, environmental sciences) PhD preferred
• 1-3 years' related practical/professional experience and/or training; online, higher education teaching experience is preferred
• Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications and Zoom meeting technology
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, across diverse teams, departments, and Schools
