Adjunct Spanish Lecturer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Lecturer in Spanish to teach Intermediate Spanish for Health Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach SP 200, focusing on oral communication relevant to health professions
• Engage in grading, office hours, and student engagement
• Align curriculum with other course sections and participate in academic assessment

Required Qualifications

• An earned MA in Spanish Language; PhD is welcome
• At least three years of undergraduate-level Spanish teaching experience
• Knowledge of customs and cultures of Spanish-speaking countries
• Preferred knowledge of nursing and/or allied health professions
• Demonstrated ability to teach via Zoom and familiarity with Moodle is preferred
