Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Resolution Adjuster II - Arizona Licensed will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of casualty claims to determine liability and coverage
• Communicate with claimants and other parties through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Negotiate settlements with customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in claims, specifically in Casualty Bodily Injury
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation preferred
• Familiarity with liability investigations and coverage assessment
• Proficient communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
