Adjustments Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the operations of a rapidly scaling startup, the full-time Adjustments Analyst will manage the day-to-day administration of clients' 401(k) plans, ensuring accurate financial transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile 401(k) related customer and account data
• Process customer transactions, including contributions and distributions
• Build process and policy documentation to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years' experience within operations of 401(k) or banking preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong sense of task ownership and determination to overcome challenges
• Ability to identify and communicate process improvements
