Adjustments Senior Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjustments Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete intermediate to advanced adjustments to correct plan participant accounts
• Contact other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems
• Act as a subject matter expert and participate in team projects as assigned

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Solid understanding of the Omni system and transactions associated with adjustments
• 12 months of prior RPS Operations adjustment or Omni transaction processing experience and/or knowledge
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel PC application software
• Basic knowledge of ERISA guidelines
