Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administration Assistant (Tax Specialist) for a remote Asset Resolution Contract in Turkey, Antalya.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative support for the Asset Resolution department
  • Attend departmental meetings, take meeting minutes and distribute them
  • Process and track law firm invoices, prepare documents, and assist with REO function

Required Qualifications:
  • Work experience as an Administrator, Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Teams experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive approach, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize workload independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
