Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administration Assistant (Tax Specialist) for a remote Asset Resolution Contract in Turkey, Antalya.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support for the Asset Resolution department
- Attend departmental meetings, take meeting minutes and distribute them
- Process and track law firm invoices, prepare documents, and assist with REO function
Required Qualifications:
- Work experience as an Administrator, Assistant, or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Teams experience preferred
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive approach, and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize workload independently
- Excellent attention to detail
