Job Summary

A company is looking for a BHS Administrative Assistant I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Service Representatives and assist agents and clients
  • Prepare renewal letters, contracts, and performance guarantee reports
  • Respond to high volumes of emails and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of office experience, preferably in health insurance or employee benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Typing ability of 35 wpm net
  • Working knowledge of COBRA and related accounts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
