Job Summary
A company is looking for a BHS Administrative Assistant I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Service Representatives and assist agents and clients
- Prepare renewal letters, contracts, and performance guarantee reports
- Respond to high volumes of emails and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of office experience, preferably in health insurance or employee benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Typing ability of 35 wpm net
- Working knowledge of COBRA and related accounts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
