Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a part-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Customer Success team in delivering quality products and customer service
  • Handle phone calls and email inquiries from students and parents
  • Maintain course operations, monitor progress, and ensure student success using company software systems

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year experience in office administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Access or other database preferred
  • Professional telephone skills and ability to answer multiple line phones
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize multiple deadlines
