Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant, part-time as needed, to perform various tasks in support of the assigned department remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving business expense reports for employees according to the company's travel policy
- Facilitating communication between employees, HR, and managers to resolve any discrepancies with submitted expenses
- Providing administrative support for the Human Resources department and assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Level:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required, some college preferred
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating a computer, including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
- Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service
- Ability to successfully work from a remote location and meet the physical demands of the job
