Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Leadership Team and organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
  • Manage communication and correspondence, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and drafting documents
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and participant communication
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a nonprofit or small office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with experience in database management
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
