Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Customer Success operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Customer Success Heads
- Maintain and update critical documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary management and expense tracking
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense report processing
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience supporting senior executives is preferred
