Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Administrative Center of Excellence Team in Valuation & Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence for Market Leads
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for Market Leads
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee recognition tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe products
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills required
