Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Administrative Center of Excellence Team in Valuation & Advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence for Market Leads
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for Market Leads
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee recognition tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe products
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills required
