Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the HR and Payroll team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR/Payroll team
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Manage payroll-related tasks and assist with preparing payroll reports
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, including payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Availability for overtime during critical payroll periods
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred
