Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the HR and Payroll team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR/Payroll team
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Manage payroll-related tasks and assist with preparing payroll reports
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, including payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Availability for overtime during critical payroll periods
- Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred
