Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its operations and functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and track department purchase orders and manage vendor contracts
  • Coordinate customer briefings, meetings, and events, including logistics and travel plans
  • Provide general administrative support for executives and manage office supplies and equipment
Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Concur, SAP, and/or NetSuite
  • Experience in scheduling meetings and managing travel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
