Job Summary

To support CVAS operations, the full-time remote Administrator will maintain administrative functions, process bid requests, and deliver reports to clients while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain administrative functions for CVAS operations, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Process bid requests and agreements through various communication channels
  • Deliver completed reports and create retainer invoices for clients
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment, preferably in real estate
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College/University Degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
