Job Summary
To support CVAS operations, the full-time remote Administrator will maintain administrative functions, process bid requests, and deliver reports to clients while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain administrative functions for CVAS operations, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Process bid requests and agreements through various communication channels
- Deliver completed reports and create retainer invoices for clients
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment, preferably in real estate
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College/University Degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
