Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support in a pharmaceutical environment, the full-time hourly Administrative Assistant will manage purchase orders, process invoices, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements in Ridgefield, CT.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create and track purchase orders and invoices using SAP
  • Process expense reports and manage document workflows through Concur and DocuSign
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain departmental records and supplies
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or administrative certification preferred
  • Experience with SAP for purchase order creation and invoice tracking
  • Proficiency in Concur for expense management and DocuSign for document workflows
  • Administrative support experience in corporate, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
