Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the part-time Administrative Assistant will manage administrative and human resource functions, including maintaining the master password manager and assisting team members with onboarding and access to shared platforms, all while working remotely for an average of 30 hours monthly.

Key responsibilities
  • Updating and maintaining the master password manager and organizational personnel lists
  • Assisting team members with onboarding processes and managing org email accounts
  • Monitoring organizational email accounts and scheduling meetings for team members
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5 years in administrative assistant work
  • Basic understanding of U.S. nonprofit principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Proton Software, and Asana platform
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the nonprofit sector
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
