Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time hybrid role in the Customer Service Department, responsible for managing internal and external communications, coordinating schedules, and handling a high volume of calls while providing reliable support to leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Diligently coordinate appointments and ensure Mortgage Consultants are on time for scheduled meetings
- Manage daily departmental email correspondence and confirm client appointments while handling rescheduling as needed
- Accurately update and maintain data within Excel and Google spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and reporting
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
