Job Summary
To support the management of the LinkedIn Learning member benefit, the part-time Administrative Assistant will monitor license activations, respond to inquiries, and organize meetings while working remotely for 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of license activations and deactivate licenses as per business rules
- Respond to inquiries in the LinkedIn Learning inbox and organize related staff meetings
- Maintain central storage of important LinkedIn Learning documents and create reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired
- Experience in administrative support roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in managing digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
