Job Summary

To support the management of the LinkedIn Learning member benefit, the part-time Administrative Assistant will monitor license activations, respond to inquiries, and organize meetings while working remotely for 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor the progress of license activations and deactivate licenses as per business rules
  • Respond to inquiries in the LinkedIn Learning inbox and organize related staff meetings
  • Maintain central storage of important LinkedIn Learning documents and create reports
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired
  • Experience in administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in managing digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
