Job Summary

Supporting the Built Environment Solutions team, the full-time Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative duties, assist with special projects, and manage client communications in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incoming assignments and ensure timely opening of new matters by coordinating with internal teams
  • Provide general office administration, including answering phones, supporting management, and maintaining office supplies
  • Proofread and distribute outgoing documents while maintaining matter-related files and ensuring accuracy of client invoices
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to understand corporate operations and interact with individuals at all levels
  • Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
