Job Summary
Providing comprehensive administrative support in a hybrid work environment, the full-time hourly Commercial Services Administrative Assistant will prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents while managing inquiries from members and assisting with community events.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, reports, contracts, and legal documents for the Commercial Services division and VP
- Respond to inquiries from credit union members via email, phone, and mail
- Assist in the preparation and hosting of business development functions and meetings
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms (Monday.com preferred)
- Familiarity with document management systems and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality of records
