Job Summary

Providing comprehensive administrative support in a hybrid work environment, the full-time hourly Commercial Services Administrative Assistant will prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents while managing inquiries from members and assisting with community events.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, contracts, and legal documents for the Commercial Services division and VP
  • Respond to inquiries from credit union members via email, phone, and mail
  • Assist in the preparation and hosting of business development functions and meetings
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a financial institution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms (Monday.com preferred)
  • Familiarity with document management systems and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality of records
