Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support fundraising efforts, including donor research and event planning
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel management and invoice processing
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial compliance tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Proficient in Quickbooks and Bill.com
  • Previous experience in nonprofit development or administrative support
  • Professional proficiency in French preferred
