Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance & Admin Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain recruiting documentation to enhance candidate experience
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice preparation and financial record maintenance


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or finance roles
  • High discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus
  • Experience with HR processes or recruiting coordination is a bonus
  • Comfort working across time zones in a remote-first environment
