Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant based in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Finance & Admin Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain recruiting documentation to enhance candidate experience
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice preparation and financial record maintenance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or finance roles
- High discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Experience with HR processes or recruiting coordination is a bonus
- Comfort working across time zones in a remote-first environment
