Job Summary
Supporting the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team, the full-time remote Administrative Assistant will manage scheduling, travel logistics, and various administrative tasks while ensuring efficient operations and communication within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain calendars and prioritize meeting requests for the DEI Director and Manager
- Coordinate travel logistics and manage expense reports and invoices
- Organize departmental documentation and support onboarding for new hires
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience
- Experience in entertainment, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Google Programs, and Airtable
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively under deadlines
- Experience supporting events, such as GRAMMY Week and Awards shows
