Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant II to provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and manage various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare expense reports for the Vice President, Sales
  • Act as a liaison for improved communication among internal and external staff and assist with special projects
  • Prepare documentation for audits and maintain departmental records, ensuring timely tracking of action items


Required Qualifications
  • B.A. / B.S. in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of four years' experience in an executive-level administrative role preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • General knowledge of health insurance operations and industry
  • Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant workstation and ensure confidentiality of client data
