Job Summary

Supporting the Sales and Service team, the full-time Administrative Assistant II will provide essential administrative assistance to agents, prospective clients, and customers, while working from home to meet sales and service objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepares renewal rate spreadsheets, letters, and contracts for the Account Management team
  • Processes group applications and manages communication with brokers and internal departments
  • Handles inbox triage and responds to high volumes of emails and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of office experience, preferably in health insurance or employee benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Typing ability of 35 wpm net
  • Working knowledge of COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Health Savings Accounts
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and manage multiple tasks under pressure
