Job Summary

Supporting multiple departments, the full-time remote Administrative Assistant II will manage vendor relationships, handle office purchases, and maintain organizational documents while promoting staff engagement and morale.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors, negotiating pricing and researching new suppliers
  • Organize and maintain various documents, including legal agreements and contracts, in the company's eFiling system
  • Plan and execute team events to enhance company morale and assist sales and marketing teams with trade show planning
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in office or administrative work
