Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex business travel bookings and manage departmental expenses
  • Schedule and host meetings, managing reception rooms and catering needs
  • Oversee office operations, including supply procurement and maintenance requests
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with Concur; experience with Coupa is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to read, write, or speak Japanese is highly preferred but not required
