Job Summary

Building a talent pool for future openings, the full-time Administrative Assistant Support will manage patient communications, resolve operational requests, and coordinate with healthcare providers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing patient communications primarily via phone
  • Resolve appointment, prescription, and support-related requests while managing cases end-to-end
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM/EMR systems and complete daily operational tasks within defined timelines
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of recent hands-on experience in online customer support
  • Proven experience handling inbound and outbound calls in English
  • Background in healthcare, either through education or hands-on experience with medical institutions
  • Experience working with CRM systems with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work primarily within US Eastern Time hours (EST) and adapt to evolving processes
