Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to provide administrative support to the USA team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and general administrative support for the US team
  • Process expense reports, reconcile receipts, and assist with basic financial record-keeping
  • Organize and maintain operational records, compliance documentation, and filing systems relevant to US business activities
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion
