Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support professional leaders and manage various projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and assist with purchase order and payment processing
- Create PowerPoint presentations and assist in travel booking and expense reports
- Monitor project status and maintain compliance with ISO standards
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of legal administrative/paralegal experience or finance experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with legal e-billing/matter management systems is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems preferred but not required
