Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support professional leaders and manage various projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects and assist with purchase order and payment processing
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and assist in travel booking and expense reports
  • Monitor project status and maintain compliance with ISO standards
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of legal administrative/paralegal experience or finance experience
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with legal e-billing/matter management systems is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred but not required
