Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide organized and proactive support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and maintain spreadsheets
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations and project plans
  • Schedule meetings and maintain the internal group calendar
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or EMR industry preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to business needs in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with client relationship management software, preferably Salesforce
