Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator in the Department of Humanistic Clinical Psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide year-round administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Assist in planning and coordinating semi-annual residential and community learning events
- Gather and analyze attendee feedback, and run post-event reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during events
