Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator in the Department of Humanistic Clinical Psychology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide year-round administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Assist in planning and coordinating semi-annual residential and community learning events
  • Gather and analyze attendee feedback, and run post-event reports


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during events
