Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide support to senior leadership and advocacy teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across global time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including expense reporting
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and 2 years of administrative experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 4 years of administrative experience
  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate or biotech environment (preferred)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Concur, Workday, and Microsoft Teams
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
