Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator I (Gen Admin Supv I/Coord I).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the scheduling of campus events and manage the event scheduling system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal event requests and collaborate on event logistics
  • Administer the Small Purchase Charge Card Program, including monitoring transactions and ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in finance, operations, business management, events, or procurement
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new processes
  • Experience in customer relations and building positive working relationships
  • At least two years of experience in event planning or facilities coordination
  • Experience in a higher education environment is preferred
