Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator I (Gen Admin Supv I/Coord I).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of campus events and manage the event scheduling system
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal event requests and collaborate on event logistics
- Administer the Small Purchase Charge Card Program, including monitoring transactions and ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in finance, operations, business management, events, or procurement
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new processes
- Experience in customer relations and building positive working relationships
- At least two years of experience in event planning or facilities coordination
- Experience in a higher education environment is preferred
