Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support the US Value and Access teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Organize meetings and assist with special projects and presentations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree and 2 years of administrative experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience
- Experience working in the biopharma industry is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize urgent projects
- Experience providing administrative support to remote staff
