Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support the US Value and Access teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
  • Organize meetings and assist with special projects and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and 2 years of administrative experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience
  • Experience working in the biopharma industry is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize urgent projects
  • Experience providing administrative support to remote staff
