Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and facilitate communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, directing them appropriately
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare related materials and documentation
  • Gather operational data to create reports and track productivity metrics


Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of college or equivalent education
