Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, facilitating communication with management and staff
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, including logistics such as equipment, reservations, and materials
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage travel arrangements while maintaining operational data and reports
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of college or equivalent education
- 1 - 3 years of related experience working with management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
