Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President of Operations and Regional Medical Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, facilitating communication with management and staff
- Coordinate and arrange on-site and off-site meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Gather operational data, create reports, and maintain provider and client email lists
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of college or equivalent education
- 1 - 3 years of related experience working with management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
