Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track administrative aspects of workshop programming, including logistics and compliance
  • Manage the workshop publishing timeline and communicate status with stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain reports to support planning and monitoring of workshops
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in executing administrative processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
