Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track administrative aspects of workshop programming, including logistics and compliance
- Manage the workshop publishing timeline and communicate status with stakeholders
- Produce and maintain reports to support planning and monitoring of workshops
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in executing administrative processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
