Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator - Ops Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Standardize administrative processes and promote ongoing survey readiness
  • Lead training and onboarding of new administrative staff while developing metrics to evaluate effectiveness
  • Collaborate with management to implement training policies and facilitate effective communication across departments
Qualifications/Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred
  • Six months of experience in an administrative support role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in specific applications required within 90 days of hire
  • Experience in multi-location healthcare preferred; previous dialysis experience is a strong plus
